To enroll, you’ll need to request the form via ticket so you can fill it out through BambooHR.

Please make sure:
  1. All required fields are completed
  2. Your banking information is accurate
  3. The form is signed before submission

Step 2: Submit the Completed Form

Scroll down on this page and submit a requesting that a direct deposit form be provided to you through BambooHR.

What Happens Next?

After your form is received, HR will review and process your request. If any information is missing or needs clarification, the HR team will reach out.

When Does Direct Deposit Start?

Once your completed Direct Deposit form is received and approved, direct deposit will generally begin with the next available payment cycle. Please note that processing times may vary.
